 Order Confirmation

As soon as you place the order, an order confirmation will be emailed to you. This means we have received your order and payment. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our warehouse to confirm the product is in stock and is available for immediate shipment. In rare cases, if the product is on backorder or unavailable, we will contact you immediately and ask if you would like to wait for the product to become available or have your payment refunded. If the item is available for immediate shipment (1-3 business days) we will submit the order for processing and arrange shipment.

If the item title shows preorder for your country, your order is preorder. Preorder will ship out in 2 weeks after you place the order.

Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your order, please email us. We will respond to your questions within one business day.
Please do notice:
ONLY LED grow lights can be returned or replaced within 30 days after receiving, in the precondition of quality issues;
Returns that do not consistent with the warranty policy need to bear the return shipping fee and deduct the listing cost,no returned product will be accepted and inspected without the" Return Request" from SPIDER FARMER.
Please keep the return package intact and provide pictures to expedite refund review.
Please contact us before returning any product,if you sent back without authorization may not be refundable.
All accessories (e.g. wires, controllers, hangers) can be fully refunded if the original packaging is unused and the conditions are the same, or if the packaging is new.

Return Procedure 

Different regions have different return address.Do request return shipping information before you need return.

1.Please send your return request with pictures of lights(packages), order screenshot and with the issue you have met to customer service.

2.We'll check your order information and reply with solutions and return address by email within 24 business hours.

3.Once your return has been received and reviewed, we will send you an email notifying you of your refund.

Warranty Policy

Free return or replacement within 30 days of delivery, in case of non-artificial damage.
5 years limited warranty for LED grow lights.

Within 30 days: The light can be returned or replaced after delivery, in the precondition of non-artificial damage.

30 days -3 months: Accessories, repairs and services are provided free of charge. No return or replacement without quality problems.
3 months - 1 year: Accessories, repairs and services are provided free of charge.
1 year – 5 years: Free Accessories. The buyer needs to bear the maintenance fee and two shipping costs.
*Lights shipped from China: Free Accessories.The buyer needs to bear the shipping costs of the accessories.

Grow Tent And Grow bags
Please check if the package is intact within 48 hours of receiving the product. There is no return service, including tent and mat bags. If you have any questions, please send related videos or photos of the defective product and photos of all labels on the package to customer service: bella@spider-farmer.com and we will help you solve the problem as soon as possible.

If the light is tampered with or found to be damaged by the customer.
The warranty is void:

If damage caused by abnormal use, such as dripping water, inputting voltage error, dropping or breaking the light, disassembling light, etc.
The extent of warranty is ultimately at SPIDER FARMER's discretion. We reserve the right to refuse warranty repair or replacement service to anyone.
